  • Green tea
  • 50ml
  • Plain water
  • 40ml
  • Peach puree
  • 20ml
  • Cane sugar syrup
  • 10ml
  • Diced peach
  • 50g
  • Aiyu jelly
  • 30g
  • Peach slices
  • 2 slices
  • Ice
  • 150g
Method
  1. Put aiyu jelly in to glass.
  2. Blend: green tea, peach puree, cane sugar syrup, water, diced peach with ice cubes.
  3. Pour out liquit to glass and garnish with peach slices and thyme leaves.
